Goal Setting & Progress Tracking Guide

At iStoria, we believe that planning is half the success. That’s why we’ve provided a comprehensive system to monitor your performance through Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views.

1. Daily Goal & Progress Plan 📅

You are the leader of your journey; from the "My Profile" page, you can set your daily plan based on your availability:

  • Set Your Goal: Choose the number of chapters (1–4) and vocabulary practice tests (1–10) you commit to daily.

  • Progress Plan: Based on your choices, the app calculates the estimated time to complete your current level.

  • Off Days: You can pre-schedule one or more rest days per week, which will be excluded from your required learning plan.

2. Weekly View 📊

This view allows you to monitor your commitment during the current week. You can switch between Daily and Weekly views to see:

  • Overall Progress: The total chapters and practice tests completed versus the total planned for the current week.

  • Weekly Details: A quick comparison of completed chapters and practice tests to ensure you stay on track with your schedule.

3. Monthly Calendar 🗓️

This feature acts as your personal radar for tracking long-term commitment through a "Calendar" interface:

  • Commitment Icons: A checkmark () appears for days you completed your full goal, and a red exclamation mark () for days where the goal wasn't met (Off Days are automatically excluded).

  • Daily Details: Tapping any day on the calendar opens a bottom sheet showing exactly how many chapters and practice tests you completed that day.

  • Monthly Summary: The app displays the total chapters and practice tests finished throughout the entire month.

4. Progress History 📜

Your hard work doesn't disappear; by clicking the "More" button, you can view your statistics for previous months (up to the last year), helping you compare your commitment and performance over time.
