1. Refresh the Page 🔄
Sometimes the app just needs a quick nudge to load the latest content.
Go to the Journey (Home) page in the app.
Press, hold, and pull the screen down to refresh the page.
2. Force Close and Reopen the App 📱
If a simple refresh doesn't work, resetting the app session usually does the trick.
Close the iStoria app completely (swipe it away from your device's recently used apps list).
Reopen the app and check if the issue is resolved.
3. Log Out and Log Back In 🔑
Logging out can refresh your account data and securely re-sync your progress with our servers.
Go to your Profile > Settings, and tap Log Out.
Log back in using your original sign-in method (Email, Google, or Apple).
4. Check Your Internet Connection 📶
A weak or unstable internet connection is a very common cause for stories or audio not loading properly.
Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data signal strength.
Try disconnecting and reconnecting, or switch to a completely different network to see if it fixes the problem.
5. Update the App 🚀
Glitches are often fixed in our latest app releases.
Head over to the App Store or Google Play Store and ensure you have the latest version of iStoria installed.
