How to Subscribe to the iStoria App

Ready to take your reading to the next level? An active subscription allows you to enjoy all features and premium practice tools designed to support your learning journey.

Choose the subscription plan that works best for you from the options below.


Option 1: Direct Payment (Cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay) 💳

This is a flexible and secure way to subscribe directly. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You can access this option via our direct link or find it at the bottom of the subscription screen in the app.

  1. Select the Option:

    • Via Link: Click here

    • In-App: Look for the button at the bottom of the screen:

      • iOS Users: Tap Subscribe with Apple Pay.

      • Android Users: Tap Subscribe with G Pay.

  2. Choose Your Plan: Select the plan that fits your learning goals.

  3. Choose How to Pay:

    • Card: Enter your Visa or Mastercard details securely.

    • Digital Wallet: Complete the purchase using your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet for a one-click checkout.

  4. Confirm: Once payment is complete, your premium features will activate instantly.


Option 2: Subscribe via the Apple App Store (iOS) 🍏

If you prefer to manage your subscriptions through your Apple ID, you can subscribe directly inside the app. Apple supports Credit Cards, Gift Cards, and Mobile Billing.

Method A: Using a Credit/Debit Card

  1. Open your iPhone Settings.

  2. Tap your Name (at the very top) → Payment & Shipping.

  3. Select Add Payment Method and enter your Visa or Mastercard details.

  4. Once added, open the iStoria app and complete your subscription purchase.

Method B: Using an Apple Gift Card

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Tap your profile picture (top right).

  3. Select Redeem Gift Card or Code.

  4. Enter the code from your card.

  5. Return to the iStoria app to complete your subscription using your new balance.

Method C: Using Mobile Phone Billing (Carrier Billing)

Great for when you want to pay via your phone bill or prepaid balance!

  1. Open iPhone Settings → Tap your NamePayment & Shipping.

  2. Select Add Payment MethodMobile Phone.

  3. Follow the prompts to link your phone number.

  4. Open the iStoria app and subscribe. The cost will be added to your monthly phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance.

💡 Note: Mobile billing availability depends on your specific carrier. If you don't see the option, your carrier might not support it.


Option 3: Subscribe via Google Play (Android) 🤖

If you are an Android user, you can easily pay using the methods saved to your Google Play account.

Method A: Using a Credit/Debit Card

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right) → Payments & subscriptionsPayment methods.

  3. Tap Add credit or debit card and enter your details.

  4. Open the iStoria app to finish subscribing.

Method B: Using a Google Play Gift Card

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions.

  3. Select Redeem code.

  4. Enter your gift card code.

  5. Return to the iStoria app to use your balance for the subscription.

Method C: Using Mobile Phone Billing

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptionsPayment methods.

  3. Select Add carrier billing (or the name of your carrier).

  4. Follow the instructions to verify your account.

  5. Open the iStoria app and subscribe. The charge will appear on your phone bill or be taken from your prepaid balance.

  • Check Card Details: Double-check that the card number, expiry date, and CVC code are correct.

  • Balance Check: Ensure there are sufficient funds on your card or prepaid phone balance.

  • Online Payments: Some banks require you to "switch on" online or international payments in your banking app.

  • Update the App: Make sure you are using the latest version of iStoria and your phone’s operating system.

  • Try a Different Method: If one card isn't working, try Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a different card.

Q: What type of cards can I use?

A: We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you are paying through the App Store or Google Play, you can also use any method they support in your region (like local wallets or carrier billing).

Q: Can I pay using my phone credit/bill?

A: Yes! This is called "Carrier Billing." You just need to enable it in your phone settings (Apple ID or Google Play) before subscribing in the app.

Q: I subscribed, but the app didn't update. What do I do?

A: Try closing the app completely and opening it again. If that doesn't work, ensure you are logged into th

e correct account.

Q: How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
