However, if you’re determined to leave and wish to cancel your iStoria subscription, you can do so easily based on the payment method you used when subscribing. There are two main ways to subscribe:
If Your Subscription Was Made Through an External Payment Link
If you subscribed through an external payment link, the cancellation must be done through the same platform you used to pay for your subscription.
Steps to Cancel via External Link
1. Open the payment link you used to subscribe.
2. Tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation process, ensuring that no additional charges are applied during the next renewal.
If Your Subscription Was Made Through Google Play or the App Store
Since your subscription is managed directly by the app store, cancellation must be done through the same store, not from within the iStoria app.
Canceling Your Subscription via the App Store (iOS)
If you want to cancel Apple One while keeping some subscriptions, tap "choose individual services". In case you don't see the "cancel" button, that means it has already been canceled and will not be renewed.
Canceling Your Subscription via Google Play (Android)
Open the Google Play Store.
Click on the profile icon.
Click on "Payments and Subscriptions".
Choose the subscription you want to cancel.
Click "Cancel Subscription".
Follow the instructions.
Notes:
Disabling auto-renewal means that your current subscription will remain active until the end of its term, but it will not renew once it expires.
uninstalling the app won't unsubscribe your subscription.
