What is iStoria? iStoria is an application designed to develop your English language skills through engaging stories. It's structured to help you gain over 3,000 words and progress toward proficiency.
What makes iStoria unique? iStoria provides unique features along with the Golden Guarantee, which promises a full subscription refund if you do not improve your English. This requires you to complete 8 months of continuous learning, read 500 chapters, and take 600 tests.

What is iStoria's Payment System? The full subscription amount is charged as a single, one-time payment, not monthly installments.
How do I cancel my subscription? You can easily cancel your subscription directly within the app by going to Profile > Settings > Manage Subscriptions. Ensure you do this at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
How can I request a refund? For Direct Purchases via Stripe, you can request a refund within 48 hours of payment directly within the app. For App Store or Google Play Purchases, refunds are managed entirely by the respective stores.
What is the Family Subscription? The Family Subscription allows up to 5 additional members to use the app with separate accounts and progress tracking at a significantly reduced cost.

Is My Device Compatible? For optimal performance, iPhones and iPads require iOS version 15.5.0 or later, Android devices require version 8 or later, and Huawei devices must support Google Play Store services.
How can I delete my iStoria account? Go to Profile > Settings > Personal Info > Delete Account. Note that all progress will be lost, and if you have an active paid subscription, you cannot delete your account until the current subscription period ends.
