How Can I Change My Learning Level?

Updated this week

If you feel that the current content is too easy or too challenging for you, you can adjust your level at any time through the Placement Test. This ensures that you continue your learning journey with content that matches your actual skills without losing your previous hard work.

What happens when I change my level? 🤔

When you change your level, the app will update your learning path to match your new test result. This change is designed to be completely smooth and safe. A confirmation screen will appear, stating: "Changing your level won't affect your progress."

What will be kept? (Your Protected Data) ✅

As shown on the confirmation screen within the app, the following elements are fully Protected and will not be affected:

  • Words are Protected: All the words you have collected in your lists will remain exactly as they are.

  • Streaks are Protected: Your daily commitment counter (Streak) will continue and will not be interrupted.

  • Badges are Protected: All your previous achievements and badges will remain saved in your profile.

  • Insights are Protected: All your learning time data and progress statistics will remain unchanged.

What will change? 🔄

You will be moved to the content of the new level determined by the test, where you will see new stories that match your current skills. Once you move to the new level, the content of the previous level will be closed, and you will not be able to return to its stories. This is to ensure you stay focused on the content best suited for your current level.

Steps to Change Your Level

  1. Open the "My Profile" page in the app.

  2. Tap on the Settings icon.

  3. Select "Change Level" from the menu.

  4. The confirmation screen will appear, ensuring your data is protected.

  5. Start the Placement Test with high focus, and the app will automatically move you to the level that matches your result.
